TatoTot is a private baby tracking app for parents and caregivers. This policy explains what we store, why, and how you can remove it. We never sell your data and we never use it for advertising.
Your data is stored in an encrypted, access-controlled database. Every record is tied to your account, and database rules stop anyone else reading it. Only you — and any partner you explicitly invite to a baby with an invite code — can see that baby's entries. You can remove a partner at any time.
Our support team can read tickets you send us so we can reply. We do not browse your logged entries.
When you ask a question, your message and a short summary of the day's logs (baby's first name, age and today's totals) are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply. It is not used to train their models. Answers are general information, not medical advice.
TatoTot is for adults. Accounts are created and used by parents and caregivers, not by children. We do not knowingly allow children to register.
Questions about your data? Use Feedback & support inside the app, or email support@tatotot.app.
