Not medical advice

TatoTot is an informational tracking app, not a medical device. Growth charts, percentiles, sleep plans, daily rhythm schedules, illness and medicine notes, weaning, allergen trackers and food preparation guidance, and Ask TotAi answers are for general information only. They cannot diagnose, treat or monitor any condition. Always speak to your doctor, midwife, health visitor or pediatrician before making decisions about your baby's health, and call emergency services if you are worried your baby is seriously unwell.

Growth percentiles are calculated from the World Health Organization Child Growth Standards (0–24 months) and are an estimate only. Sleep plans, nap windows and rhythm schedules are estimates based on your own logs and typical ranges for your baby's age.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your password private — you are responsible for activity on your account. TatoTot is for personal, family use only.

Sharing a baby

You can invite other people to a baby and give each of them a role — co-parent, caregiver or view only — which controls what they can see and do. Only invite people you trust: anyone with access can see the entries their role allows. The primary parent can change roles or remove access at any time under Sharing.

TatoTot+ subscriptions

TatoTot+ unlocks Ask TotAi, sleep plans and daily rhythm plans, widgets and Siri shortcuts. It is offered as an auto-renewable subscription: £5.99 per month or £59.99 per year. Prices in other countries are set by the App Store and shown before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds are at Apple's discretion and requested through Apple, not through us.
• If you already bought TatoTot+ with the same Apple ID, use Restore purchases to reapply it.

If a subscription ends, your entries stay safe — only the TatoTot+ features become unavailable.

Acceptable use of Ask TotAi

You agree not to use Ask TotAi to:

• generate harmful, hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content, or content that endangers a child;
• seek advice intended to replace emergency or medical care;
• attempt to bypass the assistant's safety limits;
• automate, resell or bulk-query the assistant, or use it for anything other than your own family's use.

AI answers can be wrong. If a reply is inaccurate, offensive or inappropriate, tap Report on that message — reports go straight to our team and we review every one. We may limit or suspend accounts that misuse the assistant, and we may apply fair-use limits to keep the service available for everyone.

Separate consents

Some parts of TatoTot need their own, separate permission and are off by default:

• Health tracking — medicine doses, temperatures, teething and growth measurements are health data, so we only store them with your explicit consent.
• Ask TotAi — sending your baby’s first name, age and a summary of recent entries to our AI provider needs its own consent.

You can turn either one on or off at any time under Settings → Privacy & data. Turning one on always shows the full explanation again first, and turning one off never affects the rest of the app. Declining does not limit your access to the routine tracker.

Your content

Your entries stay yours. You give us only the permission needed to store and show them back to you and to anyone you invite to that baby.

Availability and changes

We work to keep TatoTot running but cannot guarantee it is always available or error-free, and we are not responsible for a missed reminder, widget update or notification. The app is provided "as is", and nothing here limits your rights under consumer law or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be announced in the app.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Delete account, which permanently erases your data. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country. Nothing in these terms limits or removes any rights or protections you have under applicable consumer law.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at support@tatotot.app. We will try to resolve your complaint fairly and promptly. This does not affect your right to seek other remedies or bring legal proceedings.
